Precision Forging: Rods are hot-forged to refine grain structure, eliminating voids and ensuring uniform mechanical properties.
2. Controlled Quenching Process
Induction Heating: Rapid, uniform heating to 850–950°C (depending on alloy) in inert atmospheres prevents decarburization.
High-Speed Quenching: Oil, polymer, or water quenching achieves a hardened martensitic structure with minimal distortion.
3. Precision Tempering
Stress Relief: Tempering at 400–600°C restores ductility while maintaining hardness (typical range: 28–32 HRC to 45–50 HRC).
Multi-Stage Tempering: For critical applications, double or triple tempering cycles eliminate residual stresses and enhance toughness.
4. Advanced Finishing & Testing
Peeling/Grinding: CNC peeling machines achieve tight diameter tolerances (±0.05 mm) and surface finishes (Ra ≤ 1.6 µm).
100% Non-Destructive Testing (NDT): Ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle inspection (MPI) detect subsurface flaws.
Mechanical Certification: Each batch is tested for tensile strength (up to 1,200 MPa), impact resistance (Charpy V-notch), and hardness uniformity.
